Such a great experience at Mecca Highpoint. I was helped by the wonderful Lisa who was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the perfect shade to match my skin tone as well as my skin type. She was super honest and went above and beyond with helping me to sample the different shades on my skin to find the perfect one!! Thank you so much Lisa

I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff are. Their skincare consultant was very helpful, even making recommendations that had nothing to do with the products and services for sale at Mecca. I love liquid eyeliner and was blown away by Urban Decay's new line. I've posted a photo; check out the shape! It allows for maximum control of your graphic liner, giving you sharp lines with killer pigment. I'm almost converted from being an online only client, but it's just too tempting to shop in my PJs 😁 Though now I do see the value in visiting the store in person every now and then to properly appreciate their products. Not to mention take advantage of the expertise of their staff.

Just went into Mecca Highpoint to check out an eye shadow. Very friendly and efficient attendance helped me. It was only a $ 10.00 item. I mentioned to the cashier - Maysa - it is a small present - she offered to wrap it and put it in a lovely little bag. That sort of service is rare - especially when they are busy. I made the decision to buy two more presents - just her attitude made another sale for your shop. Thank you, Maysa! To the management - congratulations and thank you to the staff!

I've always had the best help from the staff working at Highpoint Mecca. They've always helped me find products that I love, and added many staples to my collection. One of favourite finds was the Rose Inc Dahlia blush🙏👑. The diversity of staff is such a special aspect of the store too. I attended a make up lesson for one of my friends, and she got the most helpful advice on sun protection, skin care and natural clean make up for South Asian skin. I've learnt a lot about caring for my skin too. Thanks highpoint team 🥰

I’m down in Melbourne for a few days to visit some family. Visited highpoint last night with my sister, and we got the best service from Chantelle. She was super patient with us as we were trying to find the right foundation shade/brand. Not only did she help us find what we want but she ended up letting us know about the new Laura Mercier powder that came out and of course we had to purchase it. If the manager is reading this we hope you can give her a more permanent role at Mecca.

Shayla greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile when I walked in. Her attentiveness to my needs left me feeling more confident and beautiful than ever. I went to Mecca today to look for a new concealer and this lovely girl helped me, Her name was Azra. She was quick and knowledgeable on the products. She got me the right shade and I had a lovely experience in the store, especially on such a busy boxing day.

I honestly did not get what I paid for with my lesson. I asked for a natural look. My face ended up so cakey, and now I can't even achieve a natural looks with the products I was recommended no matter what I try. Seriously, it was so obvious I was wearing a ton of makeup you could have scraped it off with a palette knife. There was also no teaching. The website says you get to do half your face under instruction. My makeup artist forgot to offer to let me do anything until we were almost done. I specifically asked at the beginning of the lesson to be taught how to contour. But the makeup artist just did my foundation and contouring without saying anything. This was a while back, but I'm still mad I have a ton of makeup I can't use without looking like a cake face 😩 The makeup artist was ridiculously friendly though so you get to keep a star for that.
